All prices are in U.S. Dollars. This web site will be updated frequently but there is always the chance that what you wanted is sold out. So please always e-mail me your order before sending any money. I will respond within 12-24 hours normally. Also we prefer a quick e-mail before calling so we will have the materials in hand when you call. This will save you time on the phone and allow us to give exact details as opposed to guessing the shapes and sizes left, since not all material is on site and may need to be removed from the off site vault. All items are sold on a first come first serve basis. Washington state residence are required to add their local sales tax. To speed up the order process please mention if you live in Washington state or not so tax can be figured when sending a final total. Also let me know how you plan to pay for the order so I can send you any necessary information. If you live outside the U.S.A. let us know so we send you the proper shipping and payment information.
Payments may be made via Pay Pal( firstname.lastname@example.org ), credit card,, money orders, cashiers checks, or personal checks.
Some overseas orders may be required to use western union or some other form of payment other than those listed above.
Credit card payments: We now accept Visa, Master card, Discover, and American Express credit cards. We will only ship to the billing address for the card.
Payment can also be made with via paypal or if you prefer U.S. postal service money order, western union money orders, cashiers checks (from U.S.A. banks), or Western Union money transfers in U.S. funds. If you don’t mind the extra wait personal checks and other money orders from U.S.A. customers will be allowed, but a 2 week wait while all checks and other money orders clear can and should be expected. I will only ship to the verified address on your pay pal account if pay pal is used. Your account must also be eligible for seller protection. This protects both of us from fraud.
Domestic U.S.A. orders are shipped via priority mail signature confirmation and insured.
International customers orders will be shipped via Global Express Mail. You are responsible for knowing your import laws. I will insure all orders but if I can't collect the insurance you will not be reimbursed.
I basically have a no questions asked return policy. I try to describe all stones and parcels as accurately as possible. But since we are all human there may be the occasional error made in an order. Whether it is my error or yours simply return the parcel or stone using the following guide lines, for a full refund minus any shipping charges.
All items may be returned if not stated prior to sale as not returnable on the web site. All items to be returned must be returned in original condition, and unaltered in any way. You are allowed 5 business days to inspect your order from the day you receive it . No returns are allowed after the 5 days unless prior arrangements are made before the 5 days is up. Any returned items must be insured. I will not be held responsible for items that never arrived. I must also get an e-mail stating your intent.
Any items that are sold by the carat or gram and listed on a separate line on either the e-mail invoice or the packing list or the receipt will be considered a parcel, as opposed to a individual stone or slab, when this is the case all stones in the parcel must be returned. I do not allow cherry picking of parcels. Select stones or slabs sold individually may be returned or kept individually. All parcels and shipments are weighed and photographed before shipping to prevent stone swapping ( diamonds are also mapped ) and or alterations on returned stones or parcels. This is protection for both of us and other customers.
